Upper back pain? A new, easy back pain treatment is available

As with many other pains, it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly where one's back pain originates from. Most often, however, these are completely uncomplicated conditions, which can be remedied with exercises and few other aids. According to a 2019 study by the esteemed Bern University of Applied Sciences, the posture clothing from ActivePosture® can be one of the tools that can help reduce your back pain. In the study 1039 users were asked about their pain and tension in the head, neck, back and shoulders before and after they started using ActivePosture's posture correcting clothing* and the results were quite conclusive: 81% of those with upper back pain feel that they have become more aware of their posture, 61% feel that the frequency of their back pain is less, and 73% feel the intensity of their back pain is reduced. Below you can see the answers from the 422 respondents who indicated that they were suffering from upper back pain.

The study concludes that posture clothing from ActivePosture® can have a positive impact on posture as well as being used as an effective supplement to make the user aware of his or her posture. In addition, posture clothing from ActivePosture® shows signs of relieving tension and pain. The three components (aches and pains, posture and posture awareness) correlate positively with each other, suggesting that improving one component also positively affects the other two. Based on the conclusion of this pilot project, further independent scientific studies have been initiated at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (RCT).

Pain in upper back

Poor posture plays a big part in many cases of back pain. When we sit bent over, curved or very still, we prevent the muscle from doing its job and lock it into bad physical positions that can cause back pain. Particularly upper back pain and middle back pain can occur when we strain the back with desk-bound work, e.g. by sitting in front of a computer. Upper back pain can be painful and therefore hard to ignore. Back pain can radiate into both the neck, shoulders and back, creating even more tension and pain. There are things you can do to treat or prevent back pain, with working on posture as well as creating good routines for healthy postures being key. Fortunately, the two things go hand in hand because a good posture is a natural part of having a healthy posture. The Posture Shirt™ from ActivePosturet can help you get a better posture and thus reduce or prevent back pain in the upper back, head, neck and shoulders. The NeuroBands incorporated into the shirt will help you to maintain a better posture without overtaking your muscles functionality. You can still move freely, which is important for the body to function optimally.

Pain the back between the shoulder blades

A frequent place for back pain to cluster is between or just below the shoulder blades. Back pain between the shoulder blades, like so many other pains, can be difficult to determine where stems from. That also makes it difficult to determine exactly which treatment is most effective when you have back pain. Desk-bound or otherwise inactive work with very little movement can cause great strain in terms of poor posture and impact on internal organs. Pain in the back between the shoulder blades can be experienced as stiffness or tenderness. Maybe some of the musculatures feel "locked". There are various exercises that can help to either prevent or relieve pain between or under the shoulder blades. The Swiss study presented on this page shows that the ActivePosture posture correcting shirt may have a significant positive impact on back pain. The study shows that as many as 61% feel the frequency of their back pain has decreased and as much as 73% feel the intensity of their back pain has been reduced. ActivePosture allows their customer to try the product risk-free for 30 days and see if this is the right product for people struggling with back pain. The posture correcting t-shirt can be worn under your regular clothes making it ideal to try for anyone. Why not try the shirt for 30 days and see if the posture correcting t-shirt will be a great match for you and making you part of the team that says: It really works!

Treatment for back pain

As mentioned earlier, it can often be difficult to find the exact cause of back pain. Therefore, it is sometimes difficult to find the best treatment. The centre of the back is a gathering place connecting the main breathing muscle, the diaphragm to the hip flexor muscle, the psoas. Both of these muscles have a mutual attachment, the front of your lumbar spine. As the body develops a forward-bending stance through prolonged desk-bound or other inactive work, the diaphragm along with the hip flexor will try to straighten the body by tightening together. Fortunately, this negative behaviour can be fought; The above study shows that with an ActivePosture posture correction shirt you can achieve a better posture and relieve back pain. As many as 81% of those with back pain feel that they have become more aware of their posture after they started wearing the Posture Shirt from ActivePosture. At the same time, 61% respond that the frequency of their back pain has decreased and as much as 73% feel that the intensity of their back pain has been reduced. An ActivePosture posture correcting shirt can therefore advantageously be included as part of the treatment if you have back pain. You can try it completely risk-free with the 30 days full return policy. We recommend that ActivePosture® posture corrective clothing is used as a supplement to exercising and combined with any physiotherapy you may already be undertaking. Posture clothing should not replace an otherwise healthy and active lifestyle.
