Wow! I am beyond impressed with this bra. I was skeptical at best that it would be helpful in correcting my poor desk posture, but have seen significant improvements! The first couple weeks of wearing the bra I noticed that my back muscles were sore and realized it was because they were not used to working to hard during the day to maintain that better posture. After the initial two weeks the soreness went away. Now I notice that my body will naturally maintain a better posture (shoulders back, less hunched over) even when I am not wearing the bra, so I feel like it did an excellent job training these muscles to do their job. The bra itself is so comfortable and looks great under most of my clothing. I can’t wait to purchase another bra in a different color!
Apologies for the unflattering pic/background. I wanted to show what happens while wearing this bra. For reference I am a 36DDD. The material is very comfortable and I love the back support. HOWEVER, the back is longer than the front, and due to the stretch of the material, it adjusts itself in the front very low leaving almost no support for my breasts (as you can see in the pic). I constantly have to adjust the bra and pull up the front, which is not a very flattering thing to do all day in public. I will wear this to lounge in the house and when I don't need much support, which is a bummer because I got the bra for support.

I have hypermobile EDS which causes severe upper back pain every moment of my life. I can't stand upright more than 5 minutes before the pain is so bad that I have to lie down. I bought this bra in hopes it would help support me so I could stay upright longer. My results have been so-so. I DO think the bra helps a little, but it's no miracle, and there are a couple negatives. First, even though it is described as a "pullover" bra, I have to pull it up from the ground (over my hips). It is way too tight to try to maneuver over my head - my hypermobile shoulders would FOR SURE dislocate if I tried. Also, I have a tiny chest (32AA), and it's clear these bras were (understandably) designed for women with larger busts. My lack of breasts causes the bra to pucker at the back, so I don't think I'm getting an optimal fit, which means I'm not getting optimal results. I'm going to try the zipper bra or the zipper posture shirt to see if one of those might work better for me. I think if I could find the right product, it would provide the benefit I'm looking for. The Alignmed team were responsive to my questions.
Out of all the different sports bras I own, this posture pullover bra is my favorite. I love it and call it my favorite because I can workout comfortably without any itchiness or tightness. It helps me to keep my posture in line and activates my muscles, I feel it! If you are looking for an all in one bra, I highly recommend it!
I am very happy with this bra. I wear 40DD and the fit and coverage of XL is excellent. It is the most comfortable bra I wear and it seems to help with back strain also. It works great under form fitting shirts - there are no lines or bulges. And the straps do not cut in or stretch out. I recommend it and I will be buying more.

These bras have been a miracle for me! After years of seeing a chiropractor with no relief, I no longer suffer with neck and shoulder pain due to mild scoliosis as long as I wear my Alignmed bra daily. I can go a couple of days without wearing one, but the discomfort will slowly come back until I wear my Alignmed bra again. I do prefer the pullover version and I wish it was offered in more colors! My shoulder pain improved immediately after putting this on. My worst subluxations happen at night, so I tried wearing this to bed, and my sleeps have been so much better!
I’ve actually had the alignmed shirt for years and loved the product—however, it’s hard to wear under lower cut clothes and can be hot in the summer. I bought the sports bra for more flexibility with wear and I love it! It’s not as tight as the shirt, but may just need to size down

Not bad, but hard to take on and off which, if you already have questionable shoulders, makes it a bit of a pain. Comfortable to wear though.

I bought this to see how it compares to the Forme alignment bra. I think it’s slightly less comfortable, but is way more affordable
I chose this over the Forme brand one because it says it’s easier to put on. I got it today and I already love it. Buying the second one after I write this review. I don’t like super tight fitting so I bought the M (I am on the border size wise) and it still works and it’s not suffocating me.

So bought a large to fit but seemed alittle big. So contacted company it was an easy exchange.. I have been wearing for the last few days. I am a dental hygienist for the last 18 years and my body is a mess. I need so much help to maintain my posture. So far this seems to help during the day. I feel secure in it. The first day after 8 hours I was alittle sore. Which is an indication how bad my back is. I will continue to wear it. I would love to get more but on the expensive side. So not sure how I can get a few more since I work five days a week. Would love to get a bundle for a discount!!!
The size chart seems accurate. Comfortable material. I really like how it compresses my ribs ever so slightly as it seems to help a bit with pain. Easier to get on and off than I feared. Washes well.
I bought both this and the posture shirt to help me with my hypermobile ribs. This band on this tends to roll up on me and i lose the support i need through by lower ribs. I also just wish it was a couple of inches longer to get the better support around the lower third of the rib cage, but I think for someone whose issues are around the shoulders and above this could be a very helpful bra.
I don't love the idea of having a picture or video of me in my bra on the internet (though I'd love that discount! Even so, not worth it). This posture bra is amazing. I have a bad back, and it causes me so much paid throughout the day--but not when I wear the posture bra! I'm not sure if it actually makes me sit or stand any straighter, but I do know that the pain I had previously experienced is greatly reduced. I bought a small based on the sizing suggested, but I think maybe XS would have been better, and perhaps I'll buy a second one--XS--and compare. (I bought small because although my rib cage size & weight suggested XS, my cup size clearly put me in the small range, and I didn't want to feel too squished.) I'm a believer!
Great fit and has helped me keep better posture while staying comfortable
This bra is good but could use a few updates. It needs thicker boob pads with a little push-up at the bottom so you don’t get a flattened look under clothes. It’s also lower cut than I thought, and I think that the straps on the back need to go further toward the side so they aren’t rubbing into the muscle along the shoulder blade. Or you could make another version for scapula issues where the straps are horizontal across the entire back.
I like my first posture bra so much that I bought another one. I bought the the pull over which is donned easily. It is very comfortable and washes well. Getting ready to buy a third.
