I had a bigger one last time which I still have but that wrapped round me with lots of left over material so I got the small one. This time which i think may be a little small as there is very little wrap over.
I'm not sure you can. My shape has changed since 5 discs and 6 vertebrae started to collapse. I have no waist now and find the back support WILL keep riding up and ending under my breasts. And I need the support for my lower back, not there!

My husband has a degenerative disorder in his spine, he also had spinal surgery last August which was unsuccessful. He is on heavy medication but needs some relief/support for his back.
