Bought this for my fiance who is in law enforcement. He's in full attire everyday and usually stands for majority of the day. I bought the shirt to help while I’m in dental school. My back has pain from my time in the military, and dentistry is notorious for poor posture and back pain. I love the compression of the shirt and the slight tension on the shoulders to get the proper posture. Be careful when removing the shirt to avoid tearing the thinner material on the back. I haven’t damaged mine, but there is a substantial amount of compression that you are pulling against, so just be careful where you pull on the shirt when taking it off.

The shirt is really helping my upper back feel better. Its tight at first but I am getting used to it and the benefits outweigh this temporary uncomfortableness. I may order the zip up as it would be easier to get on and off with less strain on my back.

I have had shoulder and back issues since a car accident and my posture has severely declined in the years since. I’ve tried braces and supports and chairs, but this shirt has shown amazing improvements in just a few weeks. I definitely feel like the shirt is working it is worth the money and I would definitely recommend this shirt to anybody who is willing to try it and my physical therapist told me to get it to help me with my posture with my shoulders
Great shirt a little pricey but does its job. Major drawback is the compression is so tight it almost feels like it calms me down because of how tight it is (like a dogs anxiety vest). Even with a cup of coffee I wouldn't feel the jitters. What makes it amazing though is that it holds my back better than any other posture brace I own and is flexible and discrete. You will realize you slouch a lot when you wear this shirt for a week. I could write an essay about how great the product is, but I think what makes it amazing is you realize that walking, sitting, talking, and everything you normally do but with good posture is like a different way of life almost. I bought this because I just started working at cvs pharmacy and knew I was going to be on my feet all day, I start at 9 and end at 530, and I have plenty of energy afterwards! Before this shirt I would've thought that to be impossible
It great for your back and shoulder
I got my first posture shirt years ago and never put it on, it just sat in my drawer. Then a few months ago I was really struggling with posture issues that built up over my 65 years. No matter how I tried I couldn't make progress, especially driving on trips. On those trips I'd get home and really have back issues. So I pulled out the posture shirt and found it really made a difference on my next trip. My back felt great when I got home. So, I bought 5 more so that I could wear them 6 days a week. Now after 3 or 4 months of doing this I find even when I take them off, my posture is way better than ever! Now I wear them 6 days every week and will continue to do so. These are incredible!!
I have been in back pain for long time. I stand 12 hours shift for my job which gives me very bad back pain between my shoulder. I have tried multiple posture belts but didn't have good luck (some of them were so bulky and other would slide over and get out of position). I came across Alignmed posture T-shirts and I was so excited to give it a try. When I purchased this shirt I planned on wearing it for a few hours a day. It is o comfortable that now it all day instead of my undershirt. Everyone has told me that I have lost weight but it is the compression of the shirt that makes me look slimmer.

The shirt seems to help cue me to make changes to posture. I could ignore the cue but it isn't comfortable to ignore. I like it overall. But the funk you get after a couple of hours of wear is real. It would be nice to see some silverscent type of technology in these expensive shirts so that I don't immediately stink. That would be huge!
